Change Email or Password
Manage your account credentials.
Changing Email
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Click "Change Email"
- Enter your new email address
- Verify via the magic link sent to your new email
Note: Your trading wallet and data remain unchanged.
Changing Password
Polyfollow uses passwordless authentication:
- Sign in via email magic link
- Or connect a wallet
There's no traditional password to change!
Account Security
Two-Factor Authentication
Currently, 2FA is handled by:
- Email verification (magic links)
- Wallet signatures (if using wallet login)
Wallet Security
Your trading wallet private key is:
- Encrypted with your account credentials
- Never stored in plain text
- Only accessible from your logged-in session
Deleting Account
To request account deletion:
- Open a support ticket
- Request "Account Deletion"
- We'll process within 7 days
Warning: This is irreversible and will:
- Close all open positions at market price
- Transfer remaining funds to a wallet you specify
- Delete all account data
