1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Polyfollow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Polyfollow is a non-custodial copytrading platform that enables users to automatically replicate trades made by other users on Polymarket. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

Polyfollow is 100% non-custodial:

  • Your funds remain in your own wallet at all times
  • We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases
  • Trades are executed directly between your wallet and Polymarket
  • You maintain full control over your assets

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading involves significant risk:

  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Past performance of traders does not guarantee future results
  • Prediction markets are inherently volatile and uncertain
  • Copytrading does not eliminate market risk
  • Only trade with funds you can afford to lose

5. Fees

Polyfollow charges profit fees only when you make a profit on trades. Fee rates depend on your subscription tier: Starter (3%), Pro (2%), Whale (1%). Tiers are earned through cumulative trading volume, not purchased. We cover all blockchain gas fees.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the Service
  • Maintain the security of your wallet and credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Accept responsibility for all trading decisions and their outcomes

7. No Financial Advice

Polyfollow does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The information displayed on our platform, including trader statistics and market data, is for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service interacts with third-party platforms including Polymarket and the Polygon blockchain network. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polyfollow expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Any warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or security of the Service
  • Any warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
  • Any warranties regarding trading outcomes, profits, or the performance of copied traders

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyfollow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service, trading losses, or inability to access the Service.

11. Service Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changes to features, functionality, or user interface
  • Changes to fee structures, pricing tiers, or payment terms
  • Changes to trading parameters, limits, or supported markets
  • Addition, modification, or removal of any Service components
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of the Service or any part thereof

We are not obligated to provide notice of any changes. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking these Terms periodically.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Since the Service is non-custodial, your funds and positions remain in your control even if your access is terminated.
