What do these metrics mean?

Unrealized P&L is the difference between what you paid for your current open positions and what they are worth now at current market prices. It does not include trades you have already closed. A position can swing from positive to negative before a market resolves, so unrealized P&L is a snapshot, not a guarantee.
Win rate is the percentage of completed trades (closed positions) where you received more back than you invested. A win rate above 50% means the trader finishes more positions in profit than at a loss, but it says nothing about the size of those wins versus losses. A trader with a 40% win rate can still be profitable if their winning trades are much larger than their losing ones.
Trade count is the total number of buy or sell orders the wallet has made. A higher trade count gives you a larger sample to evaluate a trader's consistency. A wallet with 5 winning trades is far less informative than one with 200, even if the win rates look identical on the surface.
