Trade Not Executing
Trade didn't copy? Don't panic - here's how to diagnose and fix it.
Common Causes & Solutions

| Insufficient balance | Deposit more USDC to your wallet |
| Follow is paused | Go to Dashboard → unpause the trader |
| Max Per Market reached | Increase limit or wait for positions to close |
| Max Days Out filter | Trade was on a long-dated market |
| Below Min Trigger | Trader's bet was smaller than your minimum |
| Max Odds exceeded | Trade probability was too high |
| Market expired | Can't copy trades in closed markets |
| Ultra-fast trade | Trader entered & exited in <30 seconds |
How to Check What Happened
- Go to Dashboard
- Look at your Trade History
- Failed trades show the reason why
Restrictive Filters (Most Common Cause)
Many users set up filters when they start copying a trader and forget about them. These filters silently block trades that don't match your criteria.
Filters that commonly block trades:

| Min Trigger | Ignores trades below X dollars | Skips small positions the trader takes |

| Min Odds | Skips trades below X probability | Blocks trades on unlikely outcomes (e.g. 15c-) |
| Max Per Market | Caps total exposure per market | Stops copying once you hit the limit |
| Min Liquidity | Skips low-liquidity markets | Blocks newer or smaller markets |
How to check:
- Go to Dashboard
- Click the settings icon on the trader you're copying
- Go to the "Filters" tab
- Review each filter - if in doubt, clear them all and re-add only what you need
Quick test: Temporarily remove all filters and see if trades start copying. If they do, add filters back one by one to find the culprit.
Most Common Issues
1. Not Enough USDC
Symptoms: Trades skip silently Fix: Always keep buffer (2-3x your typical trade size)
2. Filters Too Restrictive
Symptoms: Trader has trades, but you don't copy any Fix: Loosen your Max Days Out, Min Trigger, or Max Odds settings
3. Paused Without Realizing
Symptoms: Stopped copying suddenly Fix: Check the pause status on your followed traders

- Check that you're following active traders
