How to Pause Copytrading

Need a break from a trader without losing your settings? Pause is the answer.

Pause vs Unfollow

Pause

• Temporarily stops copying
• Keeps all your settings (allocation, max position, exclusions)
• Easy to resume anytime
• No pending positions are closed

Unfollow

• Permanently stops copying
• Deletes all your settings
• Have to reconfigure if you want to follow again
• No pending positions are closed

How to Pause

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Find the trader in your Following list
3. Click the Pause button ()
4. Confirm the pause

How to Resume

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Find the paused trader
3. Click Resume or ****
4. Copying starts again immediately

When to Pause

• Taking a break from trading
• Trader is on a losing streak
• Market conditions are uncertain
• You need to reduce exposure temporarily
• Testing a new strategy with other traders

What Happens to Open Positions?

Pausing does NOT affect your current open positions from that trader:

• They remain open
• They will still resolve normally
• You just won't copy NEW trades
